PERSONAL:  I have used Swedish Bitters on a cotton pad, placed inside my lower lip twice a day for two days.  The severe ulcers caused by an allergy disappeared on the 2nd day.  This was after 5 days with the ulcers and a degree of pain.  Currently I am taking Swedish Bitters daily as a health and longevity support.  Julia
